In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account on cg777.im, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Acceptance is legally binding and takes effect from the moment of first use of any cg777 service.

These Terms must be read alongside cg777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall legal agreement between you and cg777. Where any conflict arises between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless a specific policy document expressly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the cg777 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering an Account or placing any wager:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cg777 enforces a strict minimum age of 21. This is non-negotiable and applies without exception to all Players accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual in your personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, and it is your responsibility — not cg777's — to determine the legality of accessing the platform in your location.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on cg777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cg777 uses technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts and void all related balances upon discovery.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not use fictitious information, another person's details, or details that cannot be verified against government-issued identification.

cg777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced KYC verification at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following a pattern of unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review. You must provide the requested documents within the timeframe specified by cg777 support. Failure to do so will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. cg777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. All transactions on cg777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cg777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may be updated periodically and are displayed at the cashier section of your cg777 Account.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your cg777 Account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are credited on the same business day, subject to your bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed by cg777 within the timeframes set out below, provided your Account has passed KYC verification and no compliance review is in progress:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank transfers: same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT

cg777 applies no fees to standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond cg777's control. You should consult your payment provider's fee schedule for applicable charges.

cg777 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending the completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification. Such delays are a compliance requirement and do not constitute a breach of these Terms by cg777.

cg777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, as well as a five-tier Loyalty Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) that rewards ongoing play with redeemable PKR points.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. General rules applicable to all cg777 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Players only. cg777 reserves the right to exclude any Account from bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• A Player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and Account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements are not met before expiry.

Loyalty Programme points accumulate with every eligible real-money wager placed on cg777. Points are converted to real PKR at the redemption rates applicable to your current tier. All bets and wagers placed on cg777 are subject to the specific game or market rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform. These rules take precedence over any general description of a game or market provided elsewhere on cg777.im.

cg777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all virtual games and slots. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios operating under independent certification. The integrity of all game outcomes is maintained independently of cg777's commercial interests.

cg777's decision on all disputes is final once the internal review process has been completed. cg777 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures outside cg777's control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, device failures, or third-party payment processing interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cg777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and winnings voided, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or a different name, address, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with cg777 support.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies in cg777's odds or game mechanics. Any winnings derived from an identified error are void and will be reversed from your Account balance.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine recreational play intent.

All content on the cg777 platform — including but not limited to the cg777 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, images, video streams, and proprietary game mechanics — is the exclusive intellectual property of cg777 or its licensed suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cg777 platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any cg777 content without prior written consent from cg777.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the cg777 platform or its underlying software.
• Use cg777 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without cg777's explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from cg777.im using automated tools for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

cg777 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing Account use. The full details of how cg777 handles your data — including the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the legal basis for processing, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject — are set out in the cg777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data processing commitments include:

• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your cg777 Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months) via Account settings or by contacting support. During a cooling-off period your Account cannot be used for any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the cg777 platform. Self-excluded Players will have their Account closed and will not receive any marketing communications from cg777. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in notifications that display your session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals you define.

cg777 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. No exceptions are made under any circumstances. If cg777 identifies or suspects that an Account is being used by a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately and all activity reviewed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cg777's total liability to any Player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cg777 shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if cg777 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on any device used to access cg777.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that are outside cg777's direct operational control.
• Losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits cg777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by cg777's own actions — where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

cg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct involving the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by cg777 support.
• Identification of a duplicate Account registered under a different name or payment method.
• Account holder's own request for self-exclusion or cooling-off.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access to the platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited at cg777's discretion following an internal review. Where no breach is confirmed, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review.

You may request voluntary closure of your cg777 Account at any time by contacting support. Following a voluntary closure request, cg777 will process the closure within 2 business days and return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method.

cg777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on their Account or via a prominent notice on cg777.im. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may be made without individual notification.

Your continued use of the cg777 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation into another language being made available, the English version shall be the governing version in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between language versions.
